Busy Body/Mat Yoga
Mandy Nelson, certified Yoga Instructor, teaches a class for the more advanced student which utilizes standing and seated postures on the mat. You will explore your breathing throughout the class and finish with a final relaxation that leaves students with a new inner peace. Bring your mat, bottle of water, and pillow. Thursdays at 10 a.m. Drop-in. $3 per class. In-person and virtual – registration required for in-person attendance.
