What’s going on at the Center this week? Besides our ever-popular Chair Yoga, Floor Yoga, and Tai Chi classes we have a Spring Flower Arranging Workshop! Join our instructor, Dianne, in person at the Center, and create a flower basket bursting with spring loveliness.
Dianne will instruct you through the process of creating your own masterpiece, and all skill levels are welcome!
