As 2021 comes to a close, we would like to take a moment to thank all of the members, volunteers, donors, and sponsors for their support! We were able to offer our programming virtually, in-person, and following a hybrid model! Your smiles and laughter throughout the challenges and triumphs made it all worthwhile. Some highlights from the year include exploring a wide variety of time periods and geographical locations with Senior Learning Network, a return to dining in during our monthly luncheons, holding our annual Kennebunk Beach Classic virtually for the first time ever, offering take-home arts and crafts programs in conjunction with the Kennebunk Free Library, working with the Kennebunk Land Trust and Friends of Hope Cemetary and Woods for our first guided walking tour, an ice cream social at the Sea Shore Trolley Museum, a Garden Tour fundraiser with members Sheila Clark-Edmands and Peter Edmands, and our Annual Affairs to Remember Auction (which we were able to hold in person!) to name just a few!
The good humor and giving nature of our members kept us smiling, and we are grateful for you all.
We’re looking forward to seeing you all in 2022!
